18 December - The Big Day - we celebrate Sheila's half century with a champagne breakfast in the Sea Lounge
Back in the room Sheila opens her Birthday cards & a pair of peacocks have joined our elephant
We wandered over to the other side of the peninsula to Marine Drive
On our return we found the room had been decorated with a flower arrangement & lots of balloons...
plus a bunch of flowers for Sheila / Even the bathroom didn't escape decoration
Ready for an evening aperitif
Enjoying a gin martini in the Harbour Bar before a fine meal in the hotel's Masala Kraft Indian restaurant...
finished off with a complimentary chocolate birthday cake & glass of pink champagne
