It's that time again - dropping off our 1960 Morris Minor Convertible at Charles Ware's Morris Minor Centre for its annual
service, chassis maintenance & MOT test / Nice old pre 1961 Traveller & 1971 Van

   
It's always a pleasure to see the lovely old cars on sale here, especially the beautifully restored 1966 Convertible (right)

 
The magnificent Bristol Hippodrome, designed by acclaimed theatre architect Frank Matcham,
opened on 16 December 1912.  It was here on 16 April 1960 that Gene Vincent & Eddie Cochran
performed before a tragic car accident killed Eddie whilst returning to London after the show /
St Mary Redcliffe church, the highest building in Bristol, was described by Queen Elizabeth I as
the fairest, goodliest, and most famous parish church in England
Parts date from the C12th CE but the major building works were in the C15th CE
